AISF provides non-legal, educational support including plain-language education on common USCIS forms, document organization guidance, preparation checklists, timeline education, and fraud prevention awareness.

What We Do

AISF does not provide legal advice, does not represent clients before USCIS or immigration courts, and does not replace licensed immigration attorneys. Families are encouraged to seek legal counsel when needed.

What We Do Not Do

Immigrant families, military members and their families, and individuals seeking culturally competent, trustworthy immigration education and support.

Who We Serve

Our Story

AISF was created from the lived experience of Andrea Arango Arroyave, a U.S. Air Force active-duty member, U.S. diplomat, community advocate/leader, and founder. Her experience was shaped by her own family separation, military service, and community advocacy.

Andrea’s work has always been rooted in service. She has chaired a renowned Hispanic Heritage Committee and has worked alongside, and been recognized by, attorneys, senior military officials, Utah senators, and minority representatives for her efforts to support and advocate for underserved communities.

Her story is grounded in the belief that families should not feel lost, exploited, or alone simply because the immigration system is complex. Through AISF, Andrea’s mission is to provide families with clear, dignified, and trustworthy immigration education and document support.
